Dina Flamik’s leadership story does not begin with a title—it begins with commitment.
As a first-generation immigrant, Dina arrived in the United States with limited English, minimal financial resources, and an unshakable belief that effort matters. She learned early that excellence is not reserved for certain roles or circumstances; it is a choice made daily, regardless of where one starts. That belief continues to define her work, her leadership, and her impact.
Today, Dina is an educational leader and science educator serving students who are often the most overlooked—young people navigating academic gaps, health challenges, disrupted schooling, and complex life circumstances. With over a decade in public education, she has built a reputation for combining rigor with compassion and structure with humanity. Her work is deeply rooted in equity, access, and the conviction that systems should adapt to students—not the other way around.
Dina holds a Bachelor of Science in Quantum Chemistry, a background that shaped her analytical mindset and problem-solving approach. She later earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and holds both a California Single Subject Teaching Credential in Chemistry and Science and a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential, having successfully completed all CalAPA cycles.
