Find Your Pink Wellness Center: Creating Pathways for Women to Thrive in Tempe–Chandler
New nonprofit seeks fiscal sponsorship to launch a hub for women’s empowerment, career growth, and financial stability.
Find Your Pink Wellness Center, a new nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women, is actively seeking a fiscal sponsor to secure funding for a permanent facility. The organization’s vision is to establish a central hub that offers programs, resources, and support to help women achieve emotional well-being, career advancement, and financial stability.
Across the Tempe–Chandler region, many women face significant economic challenges.
In Tempe, approximately 16.2% of residents live below the poverty line—a rate higher than the national average—and women are disproportionately affected by wage disparities and employment barriers. Income inequality persists locally as well. Data show that women in Tempe earn approximately 83 cents for every dollar earned by men, reflecting ongoing gender-based pay gaps that reduce women’s financial security and long-term economic opportunity.
Find Your Pink Wellness Center is designed to directly address these disparities by offering workforce-focused services aimed at removing barriers to employment and promoting economic independence. Planned offerings include a donation closet stocked with professional attire and hygiene essentials, as well as a resource library with computers and internet access to support résumé building, online job applications, and digital literacy.
In addition, the Center will host monthly workshops focused on financial literacy, career development, and personal growth—programs designed to help women build confidence, develop practical skills, and create long-term pathways to stability.
