From Photographer to Actress and Producer
A Multidisciplinary Creator's Journey of Resilience, Reinvention, and Artistic Passion
Lilia A’Hearn is a multidisciplinary creative whose journey in visual storytelling spans photography, acting, and independent film production. Her path is one of passion, perseverance, reinvention, and the courage to follow creative instincts—no matter where life leads.
Lilia first discovered her love for art at the age of five, exploring creativity through drawing, painting, and self-expression. By 18, she had fallen in love with photography—not only capturing images, but posing in front of the camera as well. Initially, her plans were practical: she volunteered as a model while pursuing a future in law enforcement, with the long-term goal of a career in law. Along the way, she earned a degree in business management, yet art always remained her outlet—often staying up until 4 a.m. editing photos simply for the joy of it.
After getting married and taking several years away from work, Lilia transitioned into product photography, which soon expanded into family portraits. Her natural ability to make people feel confident and beautiful behind the lens led her into fashion shoots and weddings. Recognizing the quality of her work, she began submitting her photography to magazines, earning international recognition in publications across England, South Africa, France, Italy, and throughout the United States.
Her journey, however, was not without challenges. After building significant momentum and a substantial following on Instagram, Lilia lost her account to a hack. “It felt like getting fired from my own job,” she recalls. While devastating, the experience became a turning point—an opportunity to rebuild, refocus, and reinvent her career.
This next chapter blended photography with acting and production. Lilia began connecting with actors who needed headshots, and her professional network grew organically from there. During a slow winter season in acting, she made the bold decision to produce her first film in Canada, followed by additional projects in Washington State, including short films and larger narrative works. She is currently producing a feature film centered on love and faith titled Starlight and You. This evolution ultimately led to the creation of Liliacreativity Photography and Productions, a company that unites her passions for photography and film production.
Looking ahead, Lilia has six future film projects planned as an actress in 2026 and feels more optimistic than ever about her creative path. Her artistry continues to expand in new directions: she is the author of a children’s book, The Adventure of Lily at Cold Creek Farm, inspired by her mother’s childhood; she participates in modeling and runway work with local Pacific Northwest designers; and she remains deeply committed to giving back to her community.
Through mentorship and collaboration, Lilia actively supports aspiring models, actors, and filmmakers—especially women—helping others pursue their creative dreams while fostering a spirit of empowerment and shared growth.
From picking up her first camera at 18 to producing feature films and earning international photography recognition, Lilia A’Hearn’s journey stands as a testament to resilience, reinvention, and the enduring power of creative passion.
