Influential Women just sent me a little video, or vimeo as they call it, snippet they made. It was designed to help all of you get to know me a bit better. Becoming a chef was a calling, not a career path. It was just something I had to do, even when at the time I started there were not many women in the industry. I did not choose it, it chose me.
