I Stopped Trying to Motivate Women. I Built Them a Framework Instead.

I Stopped Trying to Motivate Women.

I Built Them a Framework Instead.

Most high-achieving women aren't struggling because they lack ambition. They're struggling because no one ever gave them a map for what comes after the hustle stops working. That's why I created GBBBDB, and why it's changing lives from the boardroom to the sanctuary.

There's a woman I meet everywhere I go.

She's talented. She's credentialed. She has survived things that should have stopped her—and didn't. Yet she wakes up every morning with the quiet, unsettling feeling that the life she's living doesn't quite match the woman she was made to be.

She is not lazy. She is not broken. She is not lacking faith, work ethic, or desire. What she is missing is something no performance review, leadership retreat, or motivational keynote has ever handed her: a rigorous, honest framework for doing the inside work that changes everything on the outside.

That gap is what I built #GetBetterBeBetterDoBetter to close.

The difference between a woman who was moved by an experience and a woman who was changed by it is infrastructure. Inspiration without a framework dissipates. I stopped delivering inspiration. I started delivering architecture.

THE FRAMEWORK

Three Phases. One Complete Transformation.

GBBBDB is not a program. It is a philosophy—a sequential, non-negotiable process for transforming how a woman sees herself, who she believes she is, and how she actually lives.

Each phase builds upon the one before it.

None can be skipped.

PHASE 1

Get Better

Admit · Find Your Shine

Self-examination. Before anything can be built, what has quietly operated beneath the surface must be named. Growth requires pruning.

PHASE 2

Be Better

Submit · Polish Your Brilliance

Identity. This phase requires submitting to who God says you are rather than to the stories your wounds and the world have told you.

PHASE 3

Do Better

Commit · Maintain Your Sparkle

Habit and behavior. Building the daily rhythms that encode a renewed identity into permanent, lived reality.

What makes this framework different from the thousands of transformation models that already exist is this: it treats belief as infrastructure.

The premise is deceptively simple.

Belief leads to thought. Thought leads to habit. Habit leads to behavior. Behavior produces a life.

If the belief is broken, everything downstream is broken too. No amount of discipline, hustle, or positive thinking can repair a fractured foundation.

You have to go to the root.

ON REAL CHANGE

What I've Learned From Watching Women Do This Work

After years of working with women across industries—in C-suites, in churches, and in communities quietly falling apart—I have watched the same pattern play out with painful consistency.

A woman can perform transformation indefinitely. She can fill journals, attend events, collect certifications, build empires, and still feel, in the private hours, as though she has been playing a character rather than living a life.

The missing piece is almost never motivation.

It is almost always what I call the gap between identity and action: the space between who she has declared herself to be and what her daily rhythms actually reflect.

GBBBDB was designed specifically to close that gap—not with a speech, but with a plan she authors herself, in her own handwriting, before she leaves the room.

You can't hustle your way into wholeness. At some point, the work has to go inward. Admit what is true. Submit to who you actually are. Then, and only then, commit to living like it.

THE MOVEMENT

What's Happening on August 8, 2026

This August, I'm bringing the full GBBBDB framework to life at the GBBBDB Women's Summit: Refined and Radiant—Your Glow Up in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

This is not a conference.

It is a half-day transformational experience designed to move every woman in the room through all three phases before she leaves the building.

She will admit.

She will submit.

She will commit.

She will write her identity statements in her own hand.

She will sign a 90-day commitment card with her own name.

She will leave with infrastructure, not inspiration.

The summit brings together a faculty of psychologists, theologians, coaches, and executives, each playing a specific and non-negotiable role in a carefully choreographed arc of transformation.

Because this is not one woman's story.

It is a framework that belongs to every woman who has ever felt the distance between who she is and who she was made to be.

Recently, GBBBDB was recognized by Influential Women, a professional media and editorial platform featuring profiles, interviews, and stories that highlight women's leadership across industries, including its official podcast and magazine.

THE INVITATION

This Framework Is Bigger Than One Summit

GBBBDB applies everywhere a woman is being asked to lead: in organizations navigating change, on teams where performance has plateaued, and in communities where women are capable of far more than the structures around them have made room for.

The framework is as applicable in a boardroom as it is in a sanctuary.

The belief problem—the gap between who we are and how we live—does not respect titles or industries.

If that gap exists somewhere within you, or within the women you lead, I built this for you.

The glow-up isn't cosmetic.

It's complete.

And it starts with one honest admission.
