Idaly Mancera
Attitude Beauty For All
Idaly Mancera is a dedicated permanent makeup artist, studio owner, and entrepreneur based in San Diego, California. At 30 years old, she is also a proud wife and mother of three boys, balancing family life with a deep passion for beauty, creativity, and community impact.
From a young age, Idaly showed a natural love for creativity. She spent much of her childhood drawing, writing, and expressing herself through art. Alongside her creative interests, she developed a strong commitment to education and personal growth—values that continue to shape her journey today. She has always been someone who gives back, consistently volunteering her time, supporting others, and finding ways to help people bring their ideas and projects to life.
Her leadership qualities became especially evident during her final year of high school. Idaly actively supported her peers, encouraging many to believe in themselves while also dedicating her time to volunteering and fundraising for her school. Her impact did not go unnoticed—she was crowned prom queen and also received a scholarship when she graduated from high school. She was later invited to be part of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR), where she connected with organizations from around the world and shared her experiences through conference presentations.
Originally, Idaly envisioned a career in law enforcement. However, at the age of 22, her life took a new direction when she became a mother. This pivotal moment led her to reevaluate her path and ultimately guided her toward a career that blended her creativity, passion for helping others, and desire for flexibility.
Since 2019, Idaly has been building her career as a permanent makeup artist, specializing in microblading and a wide range of aesthetic services, including powder brows, nanostrokes, eyeliner, lip blushing, freckles, SMP, and FMP. Known for creating natural, makeup-like results, she provides each client with a personalized experience in a private and welcoming setting. During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Idaly demonstrated resilience by continuing to serve her clients from home and through mobile services, showcasing her dedication and adaptability.
In addition to her artistic expertise, Idaly is deeply committed to education and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a General Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Brightwood College. Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, further strengthening her knowledge in leadership, human behavior, and business strategy.
Her vision extends beyond her current success. Idaly aims to expand her business into a collaborative beauty space that supports and empowers other women professionals, creating opportunities for growth, connection, and independence within the industry.
Outside of her studio, Idaly is a passionate advocate for her community. Raising two children with autism and one with ADHD has not been easy. She co-founded Wonderfully Made, a support group for mothers of children with special needs, offering a safe and understanding space for connection and encouragement. She also remains active in her church and continues to volunteer whenever possible.
Recognized as one of the Influential Women — California Class of 2026, Idaly’s journey is defined by her empathy, resilience, and consistency. She believes her true success comes not only from her professional achievements but from the meaningful connections she builds with others.
“I attribute my success to my ability to truly listen and be present for people,” Idaly shares. “I feel called to support women and anyone who comes to my table. When my clients leave feeling more confident, beautiful, and heard, I know I’ve made a difference—little by little. That is my measure of success.”
Through her work, Idaly Mancera continues to inspire confidence, uplift others, and create a lasting impact—one client at a time.
