Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my ability to listen and be fully present for people. I feel called to support women and anyone who comes to my table. When clients leave feeling prettier and heard, I know I’ve made a difference, little by little. That is my measure of success.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Consistency is everything. Even on the days when you don’t feel motivated or things don’t go as planned, just continuing to show up makes such a difference. That’s how you grow, improve, and build confidence over time. And don’t be afraid to ask questions along the way. Asking questions doesn’t mean you don’t know enough—it means you care, you’re learning, and you want to get better.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Honestly, I would say accepting and inviting Jesus in your life. focus on what you’re naturally good at and what you truly enjoy. Keep showing up for it and don’t feel like you have to change who you are or what you love. There’s something really powerful about staying consistent with your passion—it’s what helps you grow, improve, and eventually turn it into something meaningful, even financially.

Take your time figuring out what feels right for you, and once you find it, hold onto it. It’s okay if things don’t happen right away—be patient with yourself. The best things really do come at the right time. Just don’t give up on yourself.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include navigating local permits and regulations for esthetic and PMU work, as well as the operational impacts of COVID. Opportunities lie in creating intimate, one-stop beauty spaces that combine PMU, Botox, facials, and esthetician services, while also building stronger networks among women professionals.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Listening, service, patience, consistency, and helping others feel seen and confident.
