Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my ability to listen and be fully present for people. I feel called to support women and anyone who comes to my table. When clients leave feeling prettier and heard, I know I’ve made a difference, little by little. That is my measure of success.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say to just do whatever they're good at and keep doing it. Don't change it. The consistency of doing what they love doing and what they're good at is going to master whatever they're going to do in the future, and they can make money off of it. Find something that they're good at and stick with it. Don't quit. Be patient. Good things come when the time is right.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include navigating local permits and regulations for esthetic and PMU work, as well as the operational impacts of COVID. Opportunities lie in creating intimate, one-stop beauty spaces that combine PMU, Botox, facials, and esthetician services, while also building stronger networks among women professionals.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Listening, service, patience, consistency, and helping others feel seen and confident.
