Infancy Loss

As an individual who provides trauma informed practices and is currently struggling with a very personal death I accept messages such as....

I have no words. (Me too)

You're in my thoughts. (Thank you)

I can't even imagine.... (Me too)

I wish I had sage words. (It's okay not to).

Reminders for all of us grieving, be it death vs. anticipatory grief vs. ambiguous loss such as loss of job, role, function be it physical or mental, status, financial security or the lack thereof....there's more but what I'm noticing....

Sitting with someone in their sorrow or grief, watching the sun, playing with the kitty, finding humor, or functioning by tasks--may be different for everyone. It can also be different depending on the type of loss one is processing or resisting due to the reality it creates.

So please, please, please....

Be as you can. And take good care. Your heart is yours. Your legacy is yours and still this impacts us all interwined by current and past generations.
