Laughter Yoga combines intentional laughter exercises with yogic breathing techniques. Developed by Dr. Madan Kataria, the practice is based on a scientifically supported principle: the body does not distinguish between real and intentional laughter. Both produce the same positive physiological and psychological benefits.

I became a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher in 2019, and I deeply enjoy sharing the health benefits of this practice, along with the meaningful interactions that come from leading these sessions.

Laughter Yoga is not about humor, jokes, or comedy. Instead, it is a guided practice that encourages intentional laughter through movement, eye contact, breathing, and playful interaction.
