The Journey of Jessica McCree Braddy
In today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, leaders who blend experience, vision, and compassion are making the greatest impact. Among them is Jessica McCree Braddy, CEO of Magnolia Southern Care LLC in Jacksonville, Florida. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, Jessica has built her career from the ground up, guided by faith, perseverance, and an unwavering passion for serving others.
From CNA to CEO
Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Jessica is the daughter of Edward and Angela McCree. Her journey in healthcare began humbly as a Certified Nursing Assistant, later advancing to Medical Assistant. Through dedication and resilience, she developed expertise in patient care and healthcare administration. In 2020, fueled by a leap of faith, she founded Magnolia Southern Care LLC, a home care agency dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality services for seniors and individuals in need.
Her vision was simple but powerful: to create a home care agency where dignity, integrity, and compassion would serve as guiding principles. Today, Magnolia Southern Care has become a trusted name in North Florida, recognized for its professionalism, innovation, and client-centered care.
A Mission of Service
Beyond overseeing operations, Jessica is deeply committed to improving quality of life for her clients. She develops innovative care programs, ensures that service delivery meets the highest standards, and fosters a team culture rooted in compassion, dedication, and professionalism.
Her leadership extends beyond her agency. Jessica actively supports public health and community initiatives, with a focus on elderly care, community engagement, and access to essential resources. Her latest project, Magnolia Helping Hands, Inc., is a nonprofit dedicated to providing safer food options, essential home care goods, and proper hydration for vulnerable communities.
Faith, Family, and Growth
Jessica attributes her success to faith and passion for helping others. “What drives me most is witnessing the progress of the people I serve—that impact is my greatest reward,” she explains. She also seeks to be a role model for women in business and an inspiration to her children, demonstrating that with passion, faith, and perseverance, success is possible.
Currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Administration, Jessica already holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from South University. Her commitment to lifelong learning reflects her belief that growth requires both knowledge and courage. Looking ahead, she plans to expand Magnolia Southern Care into Northeast Georgia, extending her reach and her impact.
Living With Balance
While deeply committed to her professional mission, Jessica values balance and wellness. She prioritizes family and church life and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing, biking, hiking, swimming, and tennis. These pursuits keep her energized, focused, and inspired—qualities she brings back into her leadership.
A Legacy of Leadership
At the heart of Jessica’s work are four values: Faith, compassion, dedication, and integrity. These principles shape not only her approach to healthcare but also her vision for leadership and community impact. As she continues to grow Magnolia Southern Care and develop her nonprofit, Jessica’s journey is a testament to the power of faith-driven leadership and the lasting difference it can make in the lives of others.
