Loud Conversations About Sales - Edition No. 1
Why your mindset, intentions, and goals matter more than ever as you prepare for 2026.
As 2025 winds down, it’s time to start planning for 2026.
For sales professionals, this is the season where the groundwork is laid. Most remaining deals are already in motion—or already closed and celebrated. What we do now determines how strong we start next year.
This is the moment to reset and realign.
It’s time to set our mindset, intentions, and goals—and yes, build those vision boards. Mine is already finished and hanging on the wall in my office. Have you done yours yet?
Mindset
Mindset shapes how you think.
It writes the story long before results ever show up.
Mindset is the lens through which we interpret everything—wins, losses, feedback, and pressure. When your mindset is right, challenges become data, not drama. Growth begins when you stop asking “Why me?” and start asking “What is this moment teaching me?”
Mindset isn’t about forced positivity—it’s about honesty.
It determines whether pressure turns you into a diamond… or dust.
Intention
Intention defines how you act.
It is the silent power behind every decision. If you don’t choose your intention, your environment will choose it for you. Intention is the why behind every action. Without it, we stay busy—but not effective.
Intention turns motion into meaning.
It’s the difference between reacting and leading on purpose.
When your intentions are clear, decisions become easier—and distractions get louder and easier to ignore.
Goals
Goals determine where you are going.
This is where discipline meets direction. Goals give your effort a destination. They transform wishes into commitments. The right goals stretch you without overwhelming you—and the key is breaking them down into repeatable actions.
Consistency beats intensity.
Every. Single. Time.
When mindset, intention, and goals are aligned—
momentum becomes inevitable.
I wish all of my readers a very happy holiday season.
Until the next loud conversation,
Jasmine
