Bridging the Gap Between Physical Care and Holistic Healing in Global Healthcare

Being in the healthcare industry for nearly two decades, I still feel that I have so much more to give to my community. My experience in healthcare management and human resources has taught me a great deal and given me a clearer perspective: physical care alone is not enough. We must also provide mental and emotional support to better serve vulnerable patients.

Hiring the best clinicians can be challenging in today's healthcare environment. However, years of experience have helped me develop the instincts needed to recognize the right employee for the right role. A great clinician understands the vision of the organization and works toward providing the highest quality care possible for patients without compromise.

Creating a nonprofit organization has always been a dream of mine. I hope to build something that allows me to support orphaned children and underserved communities, especially in developing countries. Being able to make a difference in the lives of those who have experienced hardship would bring me immense joy, peace, and a deeper sense of purpose.
