My journey into entrepreneurship and risk management has been shaped by faith, family, and resilience. As a woman and a mother of three, I learned early that leadership requires balance, strength, and an unwavering commitment to what matters most. Those values became the foundation of both my life and my business.
Throughout my career in risk management and compliance, I witnessed firsthand how many businesses—particularly in construction and other high-risk industries—struggled to navigate workers’ compensation, compliance requirements, and operational risk. Too often, business owners were left exposed, uninformed, or unsupported. That gap inspired the creation of Triple M Multiservices Group, LLC—a firm dedicated to helping businesses protect their people, their operations, and their future.
