Raised by storms Guided by values

Growing up in Southeast Texas teaches you lessons no classroom ever could.

When hurricanes roll through, they don't just test structures; they test people. You learn quickly that what's been built can be taken in a moment, but what's learned stays with you. And rebuilding isn't about what's lost.

It's about what you choose to carry forward.

That perspective has shaped how I approach my work in executive support, board-level governance, ethics, and etiquette.

Executive support, at its core, is about steadiness in motion, anticipating needs before they surface, protecting time, priorities, and bringing calm structure to high-stakes environments where leadership decisions are constantly in motion.

Board-level and nonprofit governance support is about clarity, discretion, and alignment. Ensuring leadership teams and boards are equipped with the right information, structured communication, and seamless coordination to make sound, mission-driven decisions.

Ethics is what holds when no one is watching. It's the integrity that guides decisions, communication, and discretion, especially in roles built on trust at the executive and board level.

Etiquette is the quiet discipline of how we show up, how we communicate, how we represent leadership, and how we honor every interaction with professionalism and awareness.

As, I navigate career crossroads, I carry all of this forward. Not just experience, but perspective. Not just skills, but standards.

I'm not starting over. I'm continuing forward, onward and upward.

Built by experience, grounded in resilience, and ready for what's next.
