From Setbacks to Success: A Journey of Transformation in the Aesthetics Industry
My journey in the aesthetics industry has always been about transformation — yes, outer beauty, but also the inner strength that comes from reinvention.
For many years, I worked as a Business Development Manager for some of the world’s most luxury skincare brands, helping spas, medical spas, and professionals elevate their treatments and business growth. I loved the creativity, the relationships, and the results — seeing people thrive in both confidence and success.
In October 2024, life shifted dramatically when my position as a National Sales Manager was eliminated. Suddenly I was at a crossroads — unsure of what was next but determined to stay true to my purpose. I took a position managing a medical spa, hoping it would reignite my spark. Instead, it showed me something deeper: I wasn’t meant to fit into someone else’s vision — I was meant to build my own.
That realization became the beginning of my new chapter. I went back to school to become a certified life coach, deepening my understanding of motivation, mindset, and human potential. At the same time, I began representing select luxury skincare brands, advanced devices, and treatment technologies, slowly shaping what would become Geri Evans Aesthetic Business Consultant & Coach — a venture grounded in passion, experience, and authenticity.
Then life tested me again. Within one month - on July 14th and August 14th — I lost my daughter’s father and my own beloved father. The grief was immense, but so was the clarity that followed. In their honor, I made a decision: to rise, to build, and to finally do this on my own.
Today, I’m proud to represent cutting-edge skincare innovations and support aesthetic professionals and spa owners in growing with intention and excellence. Through coaching and consulting, I help others navigate change, strengthen their mindset, and create businesses that are both successful and soulful.
My journey hasn’t been linear — it’s been raw, real, and profoundly human. But through it all, I’ve learned that resilience is the most beautiful form of radiance.
This is more than a business — it’s a tribute to perseverance, to my father’s spirit, and to every woman ready to rise again.
