Saturday… Saturday a Day That Signifies Release, Restoration, and Sacred Rest to Recapture Our Alignment With Spirit!

Saturday: A Day of Completion, Wisdom, and Rest

Saturday is spiritually connected with the energies of completion and wisdom. We can see and feel Saturday as a day that summarizes everything we did during the week, along with everything we have been holding emotionally and spiritually, and allows us to release that weight to the universe.

Saturday can be lived as a day of discernment and mercy toward ourselves. It is an opportunity to feel a real sense of relief and freedom.

Saturday aligns with Saturn and reflects wisdom, boundaries, and sacred structure. These are crucial elements that we each need in our lives to create balance and harmony within our lived experiences. Saturn offers us grounding and clarity.

Thus, Saturday is a day of relief.

Breathe!

  • Saturday asks us to release what can be unburdened so that our souls can find rest.
  • Saturday asks us to let go of what was unfinished because we only accomplish what "God"—"Great Spirit"—intended.
  • Saturday asks us to forgive ourselves for the things we thought fell short of our own expectations.
  • Saturday asks us, in return, to release the expectations we place on others.
  • Saturday asks us to honor and respect limits without attaching guilt to what we need for ourselves or what others want for themselves.

Saturday is a day of rest, not inactivity.

What we learn from the essence of what Saturday provides for us is that what might seem to be a day without movement is actually a day of integration. How else would we be able to analyze and evaluate what we keep from our experiential life lessons and what we choose to discard?

We have to come to the realization that the wisdom we need in our lives grows in the "Stillness."

We have to understand that renewal of the mind, body, and spirit requires space. We have to allow ourselves to appreciate the value of rest and honor it for what it provides for our well-being.

We need to acknowledge that "REST" does not mean we are being lazy. Instead, it means we are being obedient to our bodies and souls.

It would be amazing if we could see Saturday as a gift that allows us to pause, reset our souls, and prepare for and implement our renewal.

This is where and how we find that sense of "Completion."

Oh, how I do love Saturday!
