I'm Coach B, and I help Christian women navigate relationships through a Christ-centered lens, with wisdom, healthy boundaries, discernment, healing, and identity.

But relationships are only part of the work I do.

I also help women of purpose bring their ideas and visions to life through meaningful, well-planned events and meetings, both virtually and in person.

I also help women navigate life transitions, rediscover their identity, build confidence, embrace healthy living and wellness, grow personally, heal from past experiences, gain clarity about their purpose, and move forward boldly in the next season of their lives. All sessions are virtual, from the comfort of your chosen setting.
