You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out
Finding courage to grow when the path isn't perfectly mapped out.
There is a version of success we are often taught to chase: the perfect title, the perfect timing, the perfect plan, and a life that somehow looks like we knew exactly what we were doing all along.
But real growth rarely looks that polished.
Some of the most important seasons of my life have required me to move forward while I was still learning, still building, and still figuring things out. I have learned that being a woman with ambition does not mean having every answer. Sometimes, it simply means having enough courage to take the next step.
As women, we can be incredibly hard on ourselves. We celebrate everyone else's progress while quietly moving the finish line on our own. We accomplish something we once prayed for and, before we have even allowed ourselves to enjoy it, we are already asking, What's next?
I am learning to honor the woman I am becoming while also appreciating the woman I am today.
Your journey does not have to look like anyone else's. You are allowed to change direction. You are allowed to start again. You are allowed to pursue something bigger, even if you are still growing into the person who can carry it.
And perhaps most importantly, you are allowed to be proud of yourself before you have reached the final destination.
So, to the woman wondering whether she is qualified enough, prepared enough, accomplished enough, or simply enough: keep going.
You do not need the entire map.
Sometimes, you just need enough faith to take the next step.
