Ten minutes with Janice
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to consistency, sustained focus, and an unwavering commitment to the purpose that guides my work.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don’t confuse longevity with alignment. Periodically reassess who you’re becoming, not just what you’re doing—and give yourself permission to adjust accordingly.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
It’s okay to reinvent yourself—and sometimes it’s necessary. Stay true to your why, and give yourself the space to grow and evolve along the way.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
A defining challenge in my career was learning where responsibility ended and self-sacrifice began. Mastering that distinction reshaped how I lead, work, and live.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are integrity and a strong work ethic, guiding how I approach every task and interaction.
