Adasia Allen (She/Her) is a dedicated Correctional Officer with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, bringing a strong background in pharmacy management and analytical skills to her role. With over two years of experience in correctional facilities, she contributes to maintaining safety, order, and effective operations while supervising inmates and supporting her team. Adasia leverages her organizational and interpersonal abilities to ensure smooth operations in high-pressure environments.

Prior to her career in corrections, Adasia gained extensive experience as a Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens, Davita Rx, and Walmart, where she developed competencies in prescription management, data entry, inventory control, and problem-solving in fast-paced settings. Her experience in pharmacy management and handling complex processes strengthened her analytical skills and attention to detail, which she now applies to her work in correctional services.

Adasia is committed to continuous professional and personal growth, balancing her responsibilities with a focus on supporting others and improving systems. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College, and has earned certifications in Pharmacy Technology and Anger Management.
