What do you attribute your success to?
I think my positive attitude has been the biggest factor in my success. A lot of it also comes down to relationships that have helped me along the way. I had one director who hired me in three different companies because we worked well together, which really speaks to the importance of team building and team management. I've always focused on being a good team member myself, and I believe that managing staff in a positive way to ensure their success has been key. Throughout my career, I've learned that when you're dealing with a lot of different personalities, people, departments, and third-party vendors, you have to bring all of that to the table and maintain strong working relationships.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Always take the high road. In any given situation in a company where there can be disagreements or problem issues, every culture has its challenges, but just take the high road and don't get caught up in negativity. Focus on the positive avenue of discussion.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Maintaining a positive attitude, taking the high road in all situations, and fostering strong teamwork are the core values that guide both my professional and personal life. I am committed to prioritizing an excellent customer experience in every interaction I have. Outside of work, I value quality time with my family and enjoy cooking, which allows me to express creativity while nurturing those closest to me.
