Alissa McFall, MS, CCC-SLP, COM®, is a dedicated and innovative healthcare professional specializing in speech-language pathology, orofacial myology, and feeding and lactation therapy. As the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Solica Connect, Inc., Alissa leverages over 25 years of clinical experience to help individuals—from newborns to professional athletes—unlock their full potential through optimal oral and facial function. Her expertise spans pediatric and adult rehabilitation, maternal-infant health, and the retraining of muscle patterns for improved breathing, speech, and overall wellness. She is also a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in California and Massachusetts and a Certified Orofacial Myologist (COM®).

Throughout her career, Alissa has demonstrated a passion for education, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. She founded Evolved Therapy, where she serves as an advisor and practitioner, supporting patients in addressing feeding disorders, speech therapy needs, and orofacial dysfunction. She has developed and implemented personalized treatment programs that empower patients and families while fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. Alissa’s commitment to lifelong learning has led her to complete advanced lactation training and continually expand her knowledge in communicative disorders and maternal-infant health, ensuring that her clinical interventions are innovative and highly effective.

Beyond her clinical work, Alissa actively contributes to the professional community. She is a member of the International Association of Orofacial Myology (IAOM), the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and Boston Business Women. She volunteers with the Functional Health Collaborative, demonstrating her commitment to improving health outcomes for diverse populations. Outside of her professional life, Alissa enjoys snow skiing, rock climbing, pickleball, traveling, and reading.
