Ana Dukoska
Ana Dukoska is a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional with nearly two decades of experience in financial operations, accounting management, human resources, and financial reporting. With a strong academic foundation from Bergen Community College and the European University in Macedonia, Ana combines technical expertise with a passion for precision, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Agile Pro Solutions, Ana provides comprehensive financial services to a diverse portfolio of clients — from managing month-end close and preparing financial statements to advising tax strategies and budgeting. Her analytical mindset, numerical accuracy, and client-centered approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted financial partner and team leader.
Outside of her professional role, Ana is a passionate advocate for community empowerment. She is the founder of Јас Сум Жена (“I Am Woman”), an organization dedicated to advancing women’s visibility, leadership, and equity. Through this platform, she hosts annual Global Women Leadership Conference where a variety of professions are showcased to broaden the horizons of youth, and the Women Economic Forum, which focuses on teaching women financial literacy and empowering them to achieve financial independence. The organization’s guiding principle — “Be an inspiration to the next generation of women” — reflects Ana’s commitment to creating lasting impact. She also co-founded Moms for Freedom World, a global network officially announced during a world press conference following the 4th Global Women Leadership Conference held in Macedonia this fall. This initiative is dedicated to elevating and encouraging motherhood while empowering mothers around the world. With 17 member countries already involved, it is growing into a global movement that not only supports women in their journey through motherhood but also advocates for a better world for their children.
Ana’s dedication to advocacy and civic engagement is reflected in her extensive volunteer work. She has served as Team Lead for Violence and Gender Equity at Project Equity for Civil Rights and Social Action, and as Global Coordinator for We Are Macedonia, an initiative focused on preserving Macedonian identity, sovereignty, culture, and traditions. Her leadership and activism have earned her recognition in numerous news articles and interviews on national television stations in both Macedonia and the United States.
A lifelong learner and advocate for teamwork, Ana is guided by the principle that “working together is success.” She continues to build bridges between people and ideas, inspiring those around her to lead with empathy, integrity, and purpose.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to persistence, dedication, hard work, and a genuine passion for what I do every day. Accounting is a field that demands precision and resilience, and it’s not always easy—but staying committed through challenges has made all the difference. I’ve always loved working with numbers and solving problems, and that passion keeps me motivated and focused. Whether I’m helping clients make informed financial decisions or leading initiatives that empower women and mothers, I believe that consistency and heart are what truly drive long-term success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is simple but profound: Never give up. In accounting—and in life—there will always be challenges, setbacks, and moments of doubt. But persistence is what turns obstacles into opportunities. Whether it’s solving complex financial problems, adapting to new regulations, or advocating for change through my work with women and mothers, I’ve learned that resilience and determination are key. Keep showing up, keep learning, and keep believing in your purpose—even when the path isn’t easy.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the accounting industry is to embrace your passion for numbers and problem-solving—it’s the foundation of everything we do. Let that curiosity drive you to keep learning and growing. Confidence, integrity, and empathy are just as important as technical skills. Don’t be afraid to speak up, ask questions, and challenge the status quo. Your perspective matters. And remember, accounting isn’t just about balancing books—it’s about creating clarity, supporting decisions, and making a meaningful impact. Use your career not only to succeed professionally but also to uplift others and advocate for change.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in accounting today is keeping pace with rapid technological change—automation, AI, and data analytics are transforming how we manage financial information. While this presents a learning curve, it also opens up exciting opportunities to shift from transactional tasks to more strategic, value-driven roles. Another challenge is maintaining ethical standards and transparency in an increasingly complex regulatory environment. For me, the opportunity lies in using my love for numbers and problem-solving not just to ensure accuracy, but to help businesses make smarter decisions and drive positive impact. There’s also a growing space for women in finance and accounting, and I see that as a powerful opportunity to bring more diverse perspectives into leadership and decision-making.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Loyalty, Integrity, empathy, and empowerment are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. In my work as an accountant, integrity is essential—I believe in transparency, accuracy, and ethical responsibility in every financial decision. Empathy allows me to understand the unique needs of clients and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration. Personally, I’m deeply committed to empowerment—especially of women and mothers—through my advocacy work with I Am Woman and Moms for Freedom Worldwide Network. I strive to create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
