01What do you attribute your success to?
Growing up, I was deeply inspired by my single mom, who showed me what it truly means to be an independent woman. She balanced work, home, and every challenge life placed in front of her with strength and determination. No matter how difficult things became, she remained resilient, teaching me the value of hard work, self-respect, and perseverance. Watching her build a life for us on her own showed me I was able to do the same and that all her sacrifices could lead to all of my successes.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice I've received is to try not take anything personally at work, being in a field that relies heavily on customer service, you will have to work with and assist students or families who are in difficult positions and helping them with empathy and understand will always be the best practice.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say to not let anything tell you "tone it down" continue to be yourself, if you excel is leadership positions or organization don't feel as though you are too young or too anything. As long as your approach situations with professionalism and mutual respect your ideas are valuable and sharing your opinions and perspectives can lead to amazing opportunities.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I try to make sure that myself and my colleagues see that there is so much more to me than my career, I have a robust social life, a family, and many hobbies and interest. Seeing and knowing that I foster those things I love and value is a fantastic example for others, showing them not to limit themselves.
