Her Story
About Dr. Becky
I've been a neuroscientist for 30 years, focusing on understanding how the brain learns and the factors that affect learning. Throughout my career, I've worked in various capacities, including as a professor. Currently, I work at the National Lab of the Rockies, which is part of the Department of Energy, where I've been for two and a half years. In this role, I develop all the training programs and training content for the national lab system. One of my most notable achievements has been designing an instructor development program for the National Lab System. I've always wanted to be a teacher since I was a little kid, and that passion has driven my career path in neuroscience and education.
