What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to absorb everything you can whether it’s from classes, meetings, or connecting with different people and always be confident in yourself. Ask questions, stay curious, and don’t hesitate to speak up. Your perspective is valuable, and your willingness to learn will set the foundation for long-term success.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in recovery right now is the fast pace of industry changes everything from compliance requirements to technology expectations. But that also creates huge opportunities. We have better tools, data, and partnerships than ever before, and teams that learn to adapt quickly can operate more efficiently and deliver stronger results. The key is staying proactive, staying educated, and staying connected.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me in both my professional and personal life are integrity, accountability, and service to others. Lessons I learned from my mother and grandfather. They instilled in me the importance of working hard for everything you earn and always being willing to support others along the way. I carry these principles into my work by leading with honesty, mentoring and developing my teams, and continuously seeking growth.
