Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my faith in God, my perseverance through challenges, and the unwavering support of my family and community.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to keep pushing forward when things get tough and to create my own doors of opportunity rather than waiting for them to appear.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to develop strong technical skills, such as coding, and to seek out mentors and allies within your organization who will support and guide your growth. If you're starting with nothing, start with people. Offer value. Do small tasks for free if you must. Build a track record. Let someone say, "Yes, I've worked with this person, and they deliver." That single sentence is more powerful than ten certificates and a hundred applications. That is how the ladder starts. One relationship. One chance. One referral. Before you know it, you begin to climb into bigger roles, longer contracts, higher pay.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are kindness, loyalty, and curiosity. I strive to treat others with respect and empathy, remain steadfast and reliable in my commitments, and approach every challenge with a mindset of learning and exploration.
