Crystal Fisher
Crystal Fisher is a dynamic logistics and program management leader with over 18 years of experience driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Currently, she serves as Manager of Logistics Readiness at American Red Cross National Headquarters, overseeing national disaster supply inventories, volunteer readiness, and systems management to ensure rapid response during emergencies. Crystal’s work emphasizes efficiency, cost savings, and readiness, leveraging agile systems and iterative improvement to meet the increasing demands of disaster response.
Her career began with internships in local government and with U.S. senators, followed by six years in social services at O’Hare International Airport, where she supported repatriation cases and at-risk populations, including wounded service members. Transitioning to the Red Cross, she managed disaster logistics in the Tennessee region before advancing to national headquarters, where she continues to enhance disaster readiness on a large scale. Crystal holds certifications in Agile, Six Sigma Green Belt, and Project Management Foundations, and is currently pursuing a Public Leadership Credential at Harvard Kennedy School, with expected completion in 2026.
Crystal is passionate about collaboration, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships, actively mentoring and supporting others in the nonprofit sector. She has been recognized for her leadership and operational expertise, and in 2026, she was featured by Influential Women as a representative of Centreville, Maryland. She encourages the next generation to network widely, build supportive relationships, and cultivate camaraderie among women in the workplace to create meaningful impact.
