Cynthia w Lett

Cynthia Lett is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with over 39 years of experience building relationships and shaping professional behavior across industries and cultures. A nationally recognized etiquette and protocol expert, she spent nearly four decades running The Lett Group, training professionals in civility, cross-cultural communication, and social intelligence. Cynthia has also authored several books, including Modern Civility, and hosted the podcast Modern Civility Minutes, where she continues to explore the importance of respectful human interaction in today’s world.
Now retired from her consulting and speaking career, Cynthia has redirected her focus toward community impact and entrepreneurship. She is the founder and Executive Director of Beach Cowboy Fitness Foundation, a nonprofit serving neurodiverse individuals and homeschooled youth with inclusive fitness programming. Additionally, she manages real estate investments through her company Formal Home Real Estate, and runs Cool to Color, a creative publishing venture. Cynthia is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, and continues to be a powerful advocate for civility, inclusion, and personal empowerment.
