What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to a deep sense of faith and purpose. Whether leading global clinical trials or building The G.L.O.W. Syndicate, I’ve always been guided by the desire to make a meaningful impact—helping patients live better lives and empowering women to realize their full potential. In clinical research, that means delivering excellence with precision; in my entrepreneurial work, it means creating spaces where others can grow, collaborate, and thrive. I’ve learned that sustainable success happens when strategy and heart work together. That alignment between purpose and action has been my greatest driver.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always strive to make yourself irreplaceable. Focusing on developing unique skills, consistently adding value, and bringing your full commitment to every opportunity ensures that you stand out and make a lasting impact.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
When I mentor young women entering my industry, I challenge them to become not just valuable—but irreplaceable. That begins with doing more than checking boxes or following a prescribed path. I encourage them to discover who they truly are—their talents, their purpose, and what sets their spirit on fire—and align that with the work they pursue.
I remind them that growth isn’t linear. It requires exploration, courage, and the willingness to step into new spaces to learn what genuinely resonates. Too often, we follow a blueprint of what success should look like, instead of defining it for ourselves.
True success happens at the intersection of your strengths, your passion, and your purpose. When you find that alignment, you don’t just perform—you thrive, you lead, and you experience real joy in what you do.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the greatest opportunities—and responsibilities—in clinical research is advancing therapies that bring real hope to patients facing serious illnesses. That work demands unwavering commitment to data integrity, patient safety, and scientific excellence, because every decision made has the potential to impact lives on a global scale.
At the same time, in the world of women’s entrepreneurship, we are standing at a pivotal shift. The greatest opportunity is moving beyond building in isolation and stepping into intentional, strategic collaboration. When women align, partner, and leverage one another’s strengths, we don’t just grow individually—we expand influence, accelerate success, and build ecosystems that create lasting, collective impact.
In both spaces, the common thread is clear: transformation happens when purpose meets precision—and when collaboration replaces limitation.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that anchor both my professional work and personal life are faith, family, meaningful relationships, quality of life, hope, and the intentional pursuit of success and wealth. My faith is my foundation—it guides my decisions, strengthens my resilience, and keeps me aligned with purpose. My family and relationships are my grounding force, reminding me that true success is not just what you build, but who you build it with and for.
In clinical research, quality of life and hope drive every decision, because behind every study is a patient and a family believing for a better future. Through The G.L.O.W. Syndicate, the pursuit of success and wealth is about more than achievement—it’s about ownership, legacy, and creating opportunities that uplift entire communities.
These values are deeply interconnected. They shape how I lead, how I serve, and how I show up in every space—committed to building a life and legacy that empowers others to rise, thrive, and flourish together.
