Her Story

About Diane

I worked in advertising and television sales for 32 years, including 20 years with ABC Disney. While it was a good career, I sort of fell into it, and it was good for me until it wasn't. My journey into entrepreneurship was my personal journey. I was living in a very unhappy life, and it led to a suicide attempt. On my way back from that experience, I started healing in this really profound way and found my way back to me. I discovered the art of intentional living and wrote a poem called I Have Today. Once I wrote that poem, I knew that was more than a poem, it was a mission and a movement for me to create a company around living for today, and to help other women who are stuck in ho-hum hell lives like I was, to break out of it so they can discover their true divinity, power, and purpose. Now I help women launch TV shows, helping them take their businesses and brands and develop TV shows that are transformational and inspirational. We just recently launched our own television network. I've been an entrepreneur for 10 years and have had my TV hosting company for 3 years. I also invented a kitchen product called the Spifter that got featured on QVC, which started my entrepreneurial journey. I'm also a multiple best-selling author and have written a couple of books.

Ten minutes with Diane

01What do you attribute your success to?

I'm highly intuitive and very connected to Source. I get incredible guidance and support, and rescuing a lot. So I have my angels and guides, I have God, I have a lot of team on my side, basically. I've also always had mentors since the beginning, and they've been different people throughout the years. I've always had mentors and coaches and guides helping me. My children are my proudest accomplishment - I'm so proud of them and the people they've become watching their mother be so resilient and get knocked down and back up and just keep going after my dreams, and they live their lives that way too.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Be very clear about why you're doing it. Set goals for milestones, because without specificity, you're never gonna feel satisfied, ever. And you are going to make a ton of mistakes, so get comfortable with that, because nobody knows what they're doing until after they do it. So just know you're gonna figure it out as you go along, just like the rest of us.
