About Diane

I am the Director of Human Resources for Potential Inc., a nonprofit organization that operates behavioral health clinical practices and a school. What inspired me to go into human resources is that I enjoy people - I love working with people and helping them to navigate throughout their professional life, just knowing that I was able to help somebody on another journey. I have 35 years of experience in human resources, all gained through working rather than completing a formal college degree. I manage a great human resources team consisting of a human resource generalist and a corporate recruiter, and together we manage the day-to-day responsibilities for the company across four locations within Bucks County. The biggest challenges I face include navigating today's recruiting landscape, finding people who are really interested in this field and passionate about working with clients that are autistic, particularly on the severe spectrum. Recruiting has become very difficult, especially with the economy and constantly fighting competitive wages. At this point in my journey, my whole goal is to mentor and share experiences - I love to mentor other HR managers and directors that are beginning their journey.
