What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to building strong relationships that goes beyond the transaction. Staying consistent with prospecting and follow-up, and using technology—including AI—to provide above-and-beyond service that earns trust, referrals, and lasting results. Most of all, having the support from my husband and our team.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To lean in when things get tough and not give up. To embrace change and not run from it. Focus on the result, but enjoy the journey along the way.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering real estate is to research thoroughly, make sure it’s truly your passion, learn from experienced mentors, stay consistent in your daily efforts, and focus on building strong relationships that last beyond the transactions because it's the lifeline of your business.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Learning to delegate more responsibility to my team and to get out of my own way.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My most important values in my life is my faith, family and career. I strive to keep my life balanced in that order.
