Emily (Rose)Trueblood, SHRM-CP
Emily (Rose) Trueblood, SHRM-CP is an HR Business Partner in the agriculture sector, currently serving as a Human Resource Business Partner at Adams Group. With over five years of HR-specific experience in agriculture companies, she partners closely with employees and site leaders to ensure practical, effective support across payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and onboarding. Emily is passionate about fostering workplaces where employees feel supported, empowered, and equipped to succeed, while also increasing visibility and opportunities for women in the largely male-dominated agriculture industry. Emily began her career in entry-level administrative and front-office roles, quickly recognizing a gap in HR presence at many sites. This inspired her to transition into human resources, where she has since focused on providing clear guidance on pay rules, employee support, and standardized HR processes. Her approach combines practical solutions with strategic insight, creating systems and programs that enhance workplace culture, boost morale, and support both employee well-being and organizational performance. A graduate of Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, Emily holds her SHRM-CP certification and continues to expand her expertise in talent management, total rewards, learning and development, and HR strategy. Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved as a volunteer livestock leader with 4‑H, mentoring youth on animal projects and leadership skills. Emily’s dedication to hard work, equity, and practical HR solutions defines her career philosophy and drives her ongoing commitment to the agriculture industry.
