Esther Espinosa
Esther Espinosa is a bilingual Corporate Accounting Manager with more than 12 years of experience in accounting and financial operations. Her interest in accounting began in high school through a technical program, where she quickly developed a passion for the structure, organization, and discipline the profession requires. For Esther, accounting is more than numbers—it is a system built on balance, collaboration, and continuous learning to ensure financial accuracy and support business success.
Originally from the Dominican Republic, Esther built a strong professional foundation early in her career, progressing from accounts payable and receivable roles to controller and management positions. This progression allowed her to develop a well-rounded understanding of financial systems, operational controls, and the strategic role accounting plays in organizational growth.
After serving five years as a controller in her home country, she relocated to the United States and continued advancing her career in corporate accounting and financial management. She currently serves as an Accounting Manager at JCI Chemicals, where she contributes to the oversight of accounting operations, taxation matters, and supports the company’s financial reporting and compliance processes.
Throughout her career, Esther has developed strong expertise in taxation, financial reporting, and accounting operations, including working with multistate tax regulations and complex financial reporting requirements. Her professional background includes experience with financial management, month-end close processes, bank operations, and accounts payable and receivable oversight.
Esther values the collaborative nature of accounting and believes that strong teams, clear processes, and ongoing professional development are essential to maintaining accurate financial systems and driving long-term organizational success.
