Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the example set by my father. As a business owner, he taught me that true success isn’t measured by sales, but by how well you serve and support people. His values shaped the foundation of how I work and lead today.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to stop being overly critical of myself and to practice until I can’t get it wrong. That mindset has helped me grow with confidence, resilience, and a commitment to continual improvement.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to master the art of building genuine relationships, intentionally connect with other women in the field, stay tenacious, and don’t be afraid to take the leap when opportunities arise.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is achieving true work–life balance. As the industry evolves, finding sustainable ways to support both personal well-being and professional excellence has become more essential than ever.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, honesty, integrity, and humility. I strive to bring these principles to every interaction and decision, ensuring that my actions align with who I am and what I stand for.
