I have always believed that leadership is less about position and more about purpose. My journey as Founder and Principal of The GB Collective Consulting, LLC is rooted in that belief.

I created The GB Collective because I saw leaders navigating extraordinary challenges—managing transformation, stewarding people, and making decisions that shape communities—yet often without the strategic grounding, cultural alignment, or trusted partnership they deserved. I wanted to build a firm that does more than advise from the sidelines. I wanted to walk alongside leaders, strengthen their confidence, sharpen their strategy, and help them build environments where people, organizations, and missions thrive.

My leadership has been shaped through high-impact work across public health, education, and executive leadership ecosystems. I have led through change, guided leaders through uncertainty, and helped organizations evolve into stronger, more aligned versions of themselves. Whether I am supporting governance reform, workforce development, culture transformation, or executive strategy, I anchor my work in clarity, compassion, accountability, and impact.
