Her Story

About Grace

Grace is a Professional Leadership Coach and the Intentional Leader Network (ILN) Specialist, a proprietary program of Renogize Professional Coaching. In this role, she partners with leaders to become the leaders they were created to be.

Grace works alongside members of the Intentional Leader Network through ongoing engagement, including bi-weekly leadership calls. Through ILN, leaders deepen self-awareness around their tendencies to fix or control, gain insight into the impact of their behaviors, and develop intentional daily practices that strengthen influence. The work emphasizes shifting the focus from self to team, enabling leaders to create environments where others perform, grow, and excel.

Her strengths include resilience, emotional intelligence, self-awareness, conflict resolution, and the development of high-performing teams. Grace brings a strategic and relational approach to leadership development, helping clients cultivate the mindset and skills required to lead with purpose, navigate challenges effectively, and build healthy, aligned teams.

Grace’s work serves leaders at all levels who are committed to leading with integrity, vision, and lasting impact.

Ten minutes with Grace

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to strong leadership, trust, and consistent support. The founders of Renogize, Sean and Jen Olson, have invested in me and trusted me with meaningful responsibility in helping grow the Intentional Leader Network. They empower me to operate in my strengths, value my perspective, and hold me to a high standard, which has been instrumental in my growth and performance.

I also credit my family for laying the foundation for my success. They recognized my drive to make an impact early on and consistently encouraged me to take on challenges and step beyond my comfort zone. Their support has shaped the confidence, discipline, and resilience I bring to my role.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve received is to listen deeply, learn continuously, and never be afraid to ask thoughtful questions. True growth comes from humility, curiosity, and a commitment to investing in yourself. When you take ownership of your development and remain open to learning from others, you position yourself not just to succeed, but to lead with confidence and purpose. That mindset has shaped how I lead, make decisions, and create meaningful impact.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage her to invest in herself, both in who she is and in her career growth. That means building skills, confidence, and a personal brand that truly reflects her values and goals.

I’d also remind her to listen to what others have to say. You don’t have to agree with everything or take every piece of advice, but there’s almost always something meaningful to learn if you stay open.

Most importantly, remember that everyone brings different experiences, perspectives, and strengths to the table. Those differences are what make teams stronger. Learning how to collaborate with empathy and respect, not despite those differences but because of them, will help you grow and create work you’re genuinely proud of.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The greatest challenge in my field today is that many leaders are navigating imposter syndrome, struggling to effectively lead their teams, and, in many cases, struggling to lead themselves. The pace and complexity of today’s environment have exposed gaps not just in skills, but in self-awareness, confidence, and clarity of purpose.

At the same time, this moment presents a powerful opportunity. Leaders are being called to step into who they were truly created to be. The opportunity lies in the willingness to take the first step, to acknowledge the challenge, engage in honest self-reflection, and intentionally invest in leadership development. When leaders do this work with purpose, they don’t just improve performance, they transform how they show up, influence others, and create lasting impact.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me both professionally and personally are intentionality and support for others. I strive to be deliberate in my decisions, actions, and the impact I have, and I am passionate about helping other young professionals grow, succeed, and feel supported in their journeys. At the same time, I deeply value time with my family, as it grounds me, reminds me of what truly matters, and fuels my energy and focus. Balancing these priorities allows me to lead with purpose, lift others as I grow, and make a meaningful impact in both my work and life.
