Hailey C. Druek

Hailey C. Druek is a dynamic freelance actor and voice over artist with a growing presence in both on-screen and behind-the-mic work. Her breakout role came through Bungalow Media + Entertainment’s Serving the Hamptons, which premiered on Discovery+ and now streams on HBO Max. The unscripted format required Hailey to blend improvisation with clear annunciation and spatial awareness, showcasing her adaptability and on-camera presence. She also lent her voice to the show’s promos, intros, and teasers, marking her debut into professional voice acting.
In addition to her screen work, Hailey brings a strong stage presence to live performance settings. She served as Bar Manager at Boca Black Box Center for the Arts, a premier comedy and music venue in Boca Raton, Florida. Beyond managing operations, she frequently engaged with live audiences through stage crowd work and backstage support, building valuable experience in talent relations and audience connection.
Hailey earned her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Suffolk County Community College, where she was actively involved in film, broadcast journalism, and directing short films. With a creative eye and strong performance instincts, she continues to pursue acting and voice roles that allow her to blend personality, professionalism, and passion.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the values of hard work and determination, which I learned from my father, who built a successful yachting company from the ground up. Attending a small community college on Long Island also played a key role—there, I was fortunate to have meaningful, one-on-one interactions with professors who truly cared about my growth and pushed me to pursue my passions.
