Holly Powell is a faith-driven exit coach and podcast host, guiding professionals who feel stuck in corporate environments to discover and pursue their God-led callings. After serving over a decade in retail management, including leadership roles at The Home Depot and Lowe’s, Holly experienced firsthand the challenges of corporate burnout. Drawing on her professional experience and personal faith, she now helps others transition confidently from corporate careers into entrepreneurship, ministry, or purpose-driven endeavors.

As an entrepreneur and founder of her coaching practice, Holly works closely with clients to audit financial “leaks,” build a 3–6 month runway, and create actionable plans for career exits that align with both personal values and professional goals. She also hosts the podcast Stuck in Corporate? Build Your God-Led Runway, where she shares real-world stories and strategies to empower professionals to bet on themselves, step boldly into change, and build lives that reflect their unique calling.

Holly’s career journey began in the United States Air Force and transitioned into retail management, where she held positions ranging from sales associate to district manager and university leadership trainer. Her educational foundation includes an associate degree in business administration from Camden County College and a life coach certification from the Jay Shetty Certification School. Through her work, Holly combines leadership expertise, faith-based guidance, and practical coaching to equip others for meaningful and sustainable career transformations.

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the teamwork, discipline, and leadership skills I learned in the Air Force and honed over 20 years in the corporate world, combined with my faith guiding me to take the leap into entrepreneurship. By trusting God’s plan and leveraging my experience, I’ve been able to build a business and podcast that help others successfully transition out of corporate careers while doing work I truly love.

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field right now is growing my business while effectively helping people navigate their own transitions out of the corporate world.
