Her Story

About Inbal

I've been in the tech industry since 2008, starting with advanced vision technologies where they created barcoding categorization for products. I ran North America HR and finance for them for a few years. Then I transitioned to MTS for about 8 or 9 years, where I ran all the operations and finance for the Americas and South America. I started at Radware 8 years ago in finance as the head of finance for North America, and little by little transitioned to doing operations, sales ops, and then finally taking on a global role. It's split between the operational side and the sales side, so I get both, which was actually a challenge for me. Today I run globally our Radware Alliance team, which works with OEM partners around the world. I work with hyperscalers like AWS, Google, and Azure, and I also own our relationship with Cisco Security. I help build integrations and do all the enablement in the field with customers. I've grown the business when I took over the position by 247%, and I've won multiple awards in the company, including Circle of Excellence and President's and CEO Pick.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Inbal

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think it's hard work, but I also think it's the people around me. I've had so many great managers, and I've had some great employees, really. It's a team effort. We all work together to get where we need to get, and I think, you know, everyone makes each other stronger. The team that we worked with was so wonderful, and the people that I had in the office, you know, in shifts, they all worked together, and I think that patience that we built and the teamwork and the collaboration just made it so much easier.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I had a great mentor who told me once, you know, just patience. He taught me to just breathe between tasks, and not keep on running, and to take care of myself as well. I'm very stubborn, but learning to be patient and take care of myself has been really important advice that has helped me throughout my career.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say, you know, just keep your head up and be patient, and, you know, it's a lot of hard work, but at the end, there's a lot of reward as well, depending on what position, right? I ran operations, and I could tell you that job is mostly 24-7, because you're dealing globally with shipments and products and orders, and that job in itself took, I think, 80% of my energy on a daily basis. But the team that we worked with was so wonderful, and the people that I had in the office, you know, in shifts, they all worked together, and I think that patience that we built and the teamwork and the collaboration just made it so much easier.
