Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the international experience and leadership development I have gained throughout my career. Working abroad and managing organizations across diverse cultures have broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to lead effectively in dynamic environments.

In addition, I have remained committed to continuously developing both my leadership capabilities and technical expertise in finance, which has allowed me to grow professionally and adapt to the evolving demands of the industry.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Trust in yourself—always. Be humble, but believe in your abilities and recognize how far you’ve come. As women, we sometimes overlook our own progress, but confidence in yourself is what will help you grow and reach the next level.

At the same time, stay humble and understand that mistakes and setbacks are part of the journey. They don’t define your potential. Dream big, keep believing in yourself, and don’t let your own limits hold you back.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Attracting and developing talent for shared services is both a major challenge and opportunity in the field today. There is also a growing need to intentionally increase women’s participation in STEM and leadership roles, ensuring more diverse perspectives in decision-making.

Building strong professional networks and developing cross-cultural leadership capabilities are essential to navigating global organizations and creating more inclusive, forward-thinking workplaces.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Humility, self-belief, and balance are the values that guide both my work and personal life. Practicing yoga helps me manage the stress of a corporate environment and maintain a healthy balance between professional growth and self-care.

I also value learning from different cultures through travel and meaningful connections with others. Above all, I strive to make a positive difference, support other women, and spend quality time with family and friends.
