What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the international experience and leadership development I have gained throughout my career. Working abroad and managing organizations across diverse cultures have broadened my perspective and strengthened my ability to lead effectively in dynamic environments.
In addition, I have remained committed to continuously developing both my leadership capabilities and technical expertise in finance, which has allowed me to grow professionally and adapt to the evolving demands of the industry.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust in yourself—always. Be humble, but believe in your abilities and recognize how far you’ve come. As women, we sometimes overlook our own progress, but confidence in yourself is what will help you grow and reach the next level.
At the same time, stay humble and understand that mistakes and setbacks are part of the journey. They don’t define your potential. Dream big, keep believing in yourself, and don’t let your own limits hold you back.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in shared services today is attracting and developing talent with both strong financial expertise and a global mindset. As organizations continue to evolve, leaders must build teams that can operate across cultures while driving operational excellence.
At the same time, understanding and leveraging emerging technologies such as automation, data analytics, and AI is critical. These tools help reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy, and enable teams to focus on higher-value, strategic work that supports the broader purpose of the business.
Building strong professional networks and developing cross-cultural leadership capabilities will continue to be key for navigating complex global organizations and driving the next generation of transformation in shared services.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Humility, integrity, self-belief, and balance are the values that guide both my professional and personal life. I believe in leading with authenticity, continuously learning, and creating space for others to grow and succeed.
Practicing yoga helps me manage the demands of a fast-paced corporate environment while maintaining a healthy balance between professional growth and personal well-being. I also value learning from different cultures through travel and meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds.
Above all, I strive to make a positive impact—supporting and uplifting other women, fostering inclusive communities, and prioritizing quality time with family and friends.
