Jessica Angelo-Julien: Being an influential woman means leading with integrity, compassion, and purpose. It means using my knowledge and experience to help others make informed decisions, supporting individuals and families through important life events, and advocating for those who need guidance. Influence is not about recognition. It is about the positive impact I have on the lives of others through my actions, relationships, and commitment. To serve in my community. It means lifting others up, creating opportunities, and leaving people better than I found them.

What's one piece of advice you would give to younger women chasing their dreams?

Jessica Angelo-Julien: Surround yourself with people who encourage your growth and challenge you to do your best. Stay true to your values, lead with integrity, and remember that success is not measured only by what you achieve, but by how many people you help along the way. When you succeed, reach back and help another woman rise with you. Pay it forward.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Jessica

01What do you attribute your success to?

My parents pushed me to do better than they did, go to school and college, and be all I can be. Their encouragement and the desire to make my mom proud even after she's gone is what drives me.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don't let anyone dim your light so theirs can shine any brighter. Don't stop what you're doing as long as it's positive and you're making yourself and your family proud.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Do not let someone else dim your light. Go with your passion. Find your passion and turn it into a career.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family is most important. I want to be the best role model I can be for my child, live the life my mom wanted, and do right by my Caribbean roots and family values.
