Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

For much of my career, I equated leadership with being composed, measured, and agreeable, often holding back my perspective. Over time, I learned that true influence comes from trusting your instincts, speaking with clarity, and offering perspective confidently. By leading with intention, asking deeper questions, highlighting what is unclear, and standing firm in what I know, I discovered that honesty builds trust, and a grounded voice empowers others. Today, I define leadership as presence and integrity: the courage to trust your voice and use it to make a meaningful impact.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide my professional and personal life are grounded in growth, resilience, and meaningful impact. Throughout my career, I have come to appreciate the importance of cultivating and exercising an effective leadership voice, one that not only advances my own professional development but also empowers and supports those I have the privilege to mentor and serve.
