I attribute my success to strategic planning, persistence, resilience, and the willingness to embrace calculated risks. Throughout my career, I have learned that every experience, whether in corporate leadership or entrepreneurship, provides valuable lessons and builds the skills needed for future opportunities. After spending 20 years in supply chain leadership at a Fortune 50 company, I developed expertise in managing complex operations, solving challenging problems, and driving operational excellence in industries where women were often underrepresented. Alongside my corporate career, I pursued my entrepreneurial vision by creating Freeze It Flat®, a patented breast milk storage innovation through my company MILKworx, which addressed a real challenge faced by breastfeeding parents. Balancing entrepreneurship, a demanding career, and family responsibilities taught me the importance of discipline, adaptability, and perseverance. In 2025, I took the next step by launching Our Warehouse, a high-touch fulfillment company supporting entrepreneurs and women-owned brands with the logistics, inventory, and fulfillment services they need to scale. I believe success comes from having a clear vision, staying committed through challenges, and taking consistent action every day. By combining innovation, determination, and a passion for helping others succeed, I continue to build businesses that create meaningful impact.

The best career advice I have ever received is to stay curious, challenge the status quo, and never be afraid to ask questions. I have learned that some of the greatest opportunities come from being willing to explore new ideas, take calculated risks, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. Throughout my career, I have embraced the belief that there is always a better way to do things, and that innovation often begins by questioning existing processes and seeking new perspectives. Whether in corporate leadership or entrepreneurship, I have found that success comes from building strong relationships, learning continuously, trusting my abilities, and having the courage to pursue opportunities even when the path is uncertain. This mindset has allowed me to transition from a global supply chain leader to an entrepreneur creating solutions that support other businesses and founders.

I encourage young women entering my industry to trust themselves, take action, and not allow fear or the pursuit of perfection to prevent them from pursuing their ideas. Entrepreneurship and leadership require resilience, persistence, and the willingness to learn through challenges. Every successful business begins with someone who is willing to take the first step, even when the path is uncertain. I advise women to develop strong planning habits, stay focused on their long-term vision, continuously build their skills, and view setbacks as opportunities for growth. Most importantly, believe in your abilities, remain adaptable, and recognize that grit, determination, and confidence are powerful tools for creating meaningful success.

I believe women entrepreneurs are entering one of the most exciting periods in business history, with more opportunities than ever to create innovative companies and connect directly with customers through e-commerce and digital marketplaces. At the same time, challenges remain, particularly for women working in traditionally male-dominated industries such as supply chain, logistics, and operations, where earning recognition and credibility can require persistence and resilience. I view these challenges as opportunities to create change, challenge outdated practices, and bring new perspectives to the industry. I am especially passionate about supporting women-owned businesses by providing the operational infrastructure, fulfillment solutions, and strategic guidance they need to scale successfully and compete in national and global markets. Through collaboration, mentorship, and innovation, I believe women are redefining leadership and creating a stronger future for entrepreneurship and logistics. My goal is to continue helping founders turn their ideas into successful businesses while inspiring more women to pursue bold opportunities and trust their ability to make a lasting impact.

I am passionate about developing solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives, whether through creating products that simplify challenges for families or building businesses that provide entrepreneurs with the resources and support they need to succeed. I find great fulfillment in empowering women-owned businesses, helping founders transform their ideas into successful brands, and creating opportunities for others to grow. I also believe that sustainable success requires balance and prioritizing personal well-being. After experiencing a significant health challenge, I gained a deeper appreciation for the importance of rest, recovery, and self-care, and I now approach wellness with the same intentionality and discipline I bring to my professional goals. Through mentorship, volunteering, and endurance athletics, I continue to embrace challenges, inspire confidence in others, and demonstrate the power of perseverance, purpose, and continuous growth.
