About Keiosha
I've been in finance for 5 years, partnered with my husband in an organization that provides financial services through our philosophy we call 'the new art of living.' My journey started as a nurse for 7 years, including 5 years as a travel nurse, where I loved meeting new people and helping patients. But I realized I was helping people at almost a too-late standpoint - they were either going to pass away or go home with illness and medications. I wanted to find the root cause and build my nonprofit, but I didn't understand money or business. I was making good money but either spending it on the nonprofit or going out with friends, not understanding how to build wealth. By God's grace, I transitioned into an environment where I could learn about mindset, money, and entrepreneurship all at the same time. That's actually where I met my husband - it was definitely divine. Now our typical day looks like getting up, doing breath work, getting coffee, organizing our time together, and understanding who we need to speak with and what's on our schedule. We focus on the mindset we need to lead our organization, help families understand the new art of living, and continue to grow and scale our organization. I put my nonprofit on pause so I could focus on building the cash flow and leadership skills I needed. Once I hit a certain level, I'll be able to give people my vision for the nonprofit and lead them through that direction.

Ten minutes with Keiosha
01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say that my greatest thing would be to lead with philosophy and help people to change their mindset when it comes to money. Know that you're going into the helping business to help people change their mindset when it comes to money. Be excited, but also know that it's going to be a lot of hard work, and you want a big heart in order to serve those and help them to just create a better future for themselves.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Really, some of the challenges that I would say is just us, our mindset, staying focused and staying positive, because so many things come at you throughout the day, throughout this world, through our phones, if we're on social media. So it's really a challenge to stay focused on the goals, stay focused into the positive environment that you build for yourself, and really stay in that positivity bubble.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Our top three core values are faith, family, and finances, and really just being able to understand the freedoms that all of that can come with when we get those things in line. Faith, family, and finances are what guide us in everything we do, both professionally and personally.
