Keisha Bell is a dedicated financial professional with over 15 years of experience in public service, specializing in accounting, records management, and fiscal operations. She currently serves as a Senior Accountant with the Richland County Auditor’s Office, where she leads financial planning and analysis, streamlines reporting systems, and collaborates across departments to ensure compliance, transparency, and efficiency.
