Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my relationship-centered leadership style, which allows me to truly connect with and empower the teams I manage. A recent talent assessment confirmed that I lead from a place of people and relationship management—something that’s been key in driving growth, like when I doubled revenue and expanded the team at National Spine & Pain Center. Motivational books and podcasts have also played a major role in my development, helping me grow in both confidence and personal alignment far beyond what I gained from traditional education.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received came from previous mentors, including my father, who practiced daily that as a leader no job is beneath you, and the way you treat people at every level defines your leadership. That mindset has shaped how I lead teams, build trust, and grow professionally.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to always strive to leave things better than you found them—and to set an example not just professionally, but personally, as someone who leads with strength, resilience, and purpose. I carry that mindset every day, knowing my daughter is watching me fill multiple roles as her mother, mentor, and constant source of support.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in our field right now is the growing controversy surrounding childhood vaccinations—especially with rising concerns around MMR and measles—yet as a vaccinated practice, we stand firmly in advocating for evidence-based care and educating families on the importance of immunization for public health.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Transparency, authenticity, and loyalty are the values I live by both at work and in my personal life. I believe in open communication, never lying to my team or clients, and creating a supportive, family-style environment where everyone feels valued, empowered, and set up to succeed—because when my team succeeds, that’s the greatest reflection of my own success.
