What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is simple but important: impostor syndrome is normal, but don’t let it control you. If you’re in the room, you’re there for a reason—so own it. Show up authentically and confidently, and trust that your perspective has value. Just because you feel uncertain at times doesn’t mean you don’t belong or aren’t capable of making an impact.
