My advice to young women entering this industry is that you can thrive and be successful even in a male-dominated field. Confidence, persistence, and believing in your abilities are key to breaking barriers and making an impact.

One of the biggest challenges I’m navigating right now is balancing the transition into motherhood with maintaining a high level of success in my career. It’s a learning experience that also presents an opportunity to develop stronger time management, adaptability, and resilience.

The values most important to me are balance, passion, and dedication. In my personal life, I cherish family time—especially with my newborn and my two dogs, who I love taking on hikes.
